Congratulations to the WFL XIV Triad Members!
It was started back at Tuskegee University, on the Sega-Madden '92
game. It is the TOP 3 Teams of the previous season. The Triad is a
"Fraternity" and a "Brotherhood" all members shall
"Hold High the Honor" and play each game to the maximum. BEWARE: There
will be teams who will aim to take your spot. There can only be
Three!!!

Coach Dan Merrit finished
up the season at 12-1, with a Coach of the Year Award,
an Offensive Player of the Year Award (QB- B. Leftwich),
and most importantly...his 2nd WFL
Ring! His Winnipeg Blue
Bombers are becoming one of the most feared
WFL teams! Coach Dan's Madden
dominance is second to none and if he continues to put
up the wins...he may soon find himself as the first
WFL Canadian representitive
in the WFL Hall
of Fame! Welcome back to the TRIAD!
Coach "Iron Mike" Hilgar
had a great season with his Hamburg
Sea Devils (10-3)! Winning his 3rd WFL
Defensive Coach of the Year Award, the EFC
Cup and going to his
3rd WFL
Bowl..."Iron Mike" has earned the respect
of his fellow WFL Coaches.
Eventhough falling short of his first title once again,
we all know that Mike does not give up and will not
shy away of going to the WFL Bowl
again. Let's remember...NFL Great John Elway was 0-3
also before winning his first Super Bowl title!
Coach Dave "Mastdog"
and his Saskatchewan Rough Riders
(10-2) finished the season winning the Offensive Coach
of the Year Award and the CFC Cup.
Dave has always been boasterous on how he will win the
WFL Bowl...and honestly I
think he will one day! He just fell a little short losing
to the eventual champ the Bombers
in the CFC Championship game.
Coach Dave's spunk and spirit will get the Riders
to a title game very, very soon!
